Order Processing Time

  • As a print-on-demand and dropshipping business, all products are custom-made and fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

  • Processing time: Orders typically take 2-7 business days to be printed, packed, and shipped.

  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on the product and supplier.

  • Orders may experience delays during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen supply chain issues.

Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Since our products are fulfilled by different third-party suppliers, shipping times vary based on the location of the fulfillment center and the customer’s destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping Canada: 5-12 business days

  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and are subject to potential delays due to customs, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, product type, and fulfillment center.

  • We offer Standard Shipping and, where available, Expedited Shipping options.

  • Some products may ship separately due to different production locations.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow [X] business days for tracking information to update after shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These additional costs are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We are not responsible for customs processing delays.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before contacting us.

  • If a package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Due to the nature of print-on-demand and dropshipping, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are in production.

  • Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Returns & Refunds

  • Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
